Bring photo ID to pick up your number plate and swag bag. Please make every effort to check in on Friday. If you absolutely cannot make Friday, please email us at sembabike@outlook.com to let us know you’re still racing. We cannot guarantee a swag bag for Saturday check-in.
COURSE INSPECTION
The course will be fully marked and open for inspection on Friday, July 24. You must either have a Mammoth Mountain Bike Park pass or have already checked-in and have your race plate attached to your bike to ride the course. There are three guided Course Previews on Friday. Meet on the Canyon Lodge Sundeck 15 minutes before the ride start time.

THE CYCLEOPATH - SHORT FILM SCREENING
Join us on Friday, July 25, at 6:30 pm at Wind Drift Studios for a screening of Samara Sheppard’s short film - the Cycleopath. Samara is the New Zealand XC National Champion competing in the Life Time Grand Prix. Samara generously offered to share her new film with the PedalPalooza crowd. Wind Drift Studios is located at 94 Old Mammoth Road, a short walk from Check-In at Footloose Sports. Doors open at 5:45 pm with beverages provided by Mammoth Brewing Company.
The Cycleopath follows elite cyclist Samara Sheppard as she reflects on a lifetime on two wheels and confronts the question every athlete eventually faces: What’s next? Filmed over six days and 1,000 kilometers across New Zealand’s South Island, the documentary pairs breathtaking landscapes with an intimate portrait of a life shaped by cycling.
